West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited has been decided to launch a Whatsapp Group exclusively for better communication and reporting/feedback of safety related matters by consumers/outsiders within the jurisdiction of West Bengal.The portal will be opened for 24x7 for consumers as well as outsiders for reporting about any electrical accidents or unsafe electrical installations or hazards witnessed in their areas directly to Corporate Safety Cell through the enrolled Whatsapp number.The issues will further be forwarded to the respective head of offices for their consideration and further necessary action from their end. They will submit their feedback report of rectification/action taken report for keeping record at Corporate Safety Cell.
